# Machinegeist

> Machinegeist embeds engineers in mid-market companies and builds the operating model where intelligence compounds — deploying AI or regular software, whichever pays for itself.

Machinegeist is an independent, forward-deployed, vendor-neutral practice serving founder- or family-led mid-market companies in the Benelux. We find where the work leaks, decide whether the fix needs AI or regular software, and deploy the one that pays for itself. Engagements: pilot, retainer, advisory.
